Terms & Conditions – fa998 Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of fa998.app (hereafter referred to as "fa998", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "the Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using fa998.app and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

fa998 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. The date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to fa998 and all associated gaming and betting services is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. fa998 operates as a strictly 18+ platform and has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative, agent, or trustee of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued voluntarily through fa998's responsible gaming tools or by any other authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of fa998 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.

fa998 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. If a player is found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity, fa998 will immediately suspend the account, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and retain any deposits made during the period of false representation. fa998 has a legal and moral obligation to prevent underage gambling and takes this responsibility with the utmost seriousness.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on fa998 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, fa998 reserves the right to close all but one account, void all bonuses, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When creating an account on fa998, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a date of birth. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes. fa998 may suspend or terminate an account if submitted information is found to be materially inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fa998 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. fa998 will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify fa998 support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp. fa998 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification

fa998 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a security flag. Documents commonly requested include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. The verification process is handled securely and all submitted documents are encrypted at rest in accordance with fa998's Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fa998 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladeshi payment channels. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fa998 does not accept deposits from international payment cards at this time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed in the fa998 cashier at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to fa998 are typically processed within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to identity verification status and payment partner processing times. fa998 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe but commits to processing the majority of withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets on the same business day the request is approved. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to three (3) business days.

4.4 Withdrawal to Source of Funds

As a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure, fa998 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. If a player has deposited via bKash, withdrawals will be returned to that bKash wallet. fa998 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal to a different payment method.

4.5 Transaction Fees

fa998 does not charge platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, payment partners (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges, which are outside fa998's control. Players should consult their payment provider's published fee schedule for the most current information.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

fa998 offers new players a 100% matched welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to players who register for the first time on fa998.app, make a qualifying first deposit of at least ৳500, and have not previously held an account with fa998. The welcome bonus is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by fa998 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and free spins — are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each promotion are published on the respective promotion page and must be read before claiming any offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fa998 operates strict controls against bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting system errors, placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to meet wagering thresholds artificially, are considered bonus abuse. fa998 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Promotion Eligibility

fa998 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be subject to geographic, payment method, game category, or account tier restrictions. The terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion are displayed on that promotion's dedicated page and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

fa998 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus, promotion, or loyalty reward at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account in good faith will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements in effect at the time of crediting.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

fa998 offers a library of casino games, live dealer tables, instant games, and sports betting markets. Games are provided by third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. The availability of specific games may change at any time at the discretion of fa998 or the relevant game provider.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All virtual casino games available on fa998 — including slots, virtual table games, and instant games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) operated and audited by the respective game providers. fa998 does not modify or influence the outcome of any game at the platform level. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are publicly available in each game's information panel.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market. Applicable limits are displayed within the game interface or the sportsbook market view before any wager is placed. fa998 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time, including imposing account-level restrictions where unusual betting patterns are identified.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on fa998 — including cricket markets covering the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or voided will be settled in accordance with the published rules for that sport. In-play bets accepted prior to a significant event (such as a wicket falling or a goal being scored) are confirmed at the time of acceptance; fa998 does not accept in-play bets after the relevant event has occurred.

6.5 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, communications failure, technical error, or system interruption, fa998 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and refund the relevant stake to the player's account. fa998 does not accept liability for any losses arising from a game or system malfunction, and no winnings generated as a direct result of a verified malfunction will be paid out.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on fa998 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account on fa998, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using fa998 for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or any activity that violates applicable Bangladeshi law.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in a game or on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games without genuine human interaction.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on fa998.
• Allowing or facilitating third parties — including family members — to access or use your fa998 account.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any promotion, tournament, or loyalty programme through collusion or coordinated wagering.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or depositing funds obtained through fraud or theft.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their fa998 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by fa998

fa998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a fa998 transaction.
• Identified breach of the single-account policy.
• Any conduct that fa998 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players may also request a self-exclusion or cool-off period under fa998's Responsible Gaming framework. These requests are handled by the dedicated responsible gaming support team and are processed with confidentiality. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. fa998 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant account balances after this period, in accordance with any fee schedule published at that time. Players will be notified via their registered contact details prior to any fee being applied.
